I am also really happy to share that my vocals will be featured on a track from the new album by my friend Akira Rabelais. “cxvi” will be released in late-January/early-February through Boomkat. Akira’s music can be found somewhere between electronic, modern classical, and ambient. I am excited to appear alongside other amazing collaborators including Ben Frost, Harold Budd, and Stephan Mathieu.

 

 

Akira’s music is also available on Bandcamp. His last album “the little glass” is divine. It’s often on repeat while I’m working and my cats like this album also (for real). Akira has the most intriguing website… and he sends the best newsletters too. He talked about his new album in his most recent newsletter and also revealed the beautiful artwork (pictured below).
